Clearing Google Chrome Cookies and Cached data

In some cases, select websites may save temporary data within your Google Chrome web browser. So, the site may load up faster or to save information from a past session. Please follow this guide below to clear out the Cookies and Cache.



1. Opening Google Chrome, this should be on the desktop of all HPTC computers, if is not please let us know.


      2. Selecting the Google Settings in the far-most right corner of the Chrome tab 
            

                  3. Click on the History sub-tab
                  
                        4. Click on "Clear browsing data"
                        
                                    5. Select the Advanced tab and on the side the drop down for "time range" select all time
                                          
                                          6. In the checkboxes below, only select "cookies and other site data" and "cached images and files" then select "clear data"
                                                
                                                                  7. Let this process run to clear the browser of this data, once this is completed close the browser and now re-open Google Chrome.
