Open a shared/delegated mailbox in Outlook Web

Outlook Web:

 

Sign into your employee email.

 

 

 

Click on your outlook profile icon and click “Open another mailbox”

 

 

Input the outlook email you want to access:

 

 

Once you click “Open”, a new tab should with the email’s mailbox.
